The Surrey House Facility Rental includes: banquet halls, serving halls, back deck, yard, gardens, gazebo, parking area and sound system.

The Surrey House is a single event facility. Only your guests will be on the premises during your event and our staff will be dedicated to your party.

The Surrey House Dining Fee is required for events not catered by the Surrey House. For example, when customers use a different caterer or bring in their own food. (See catering prices)

A $500 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit allows us to hold the date and make all necessary preparations. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please note: The first hour of each time slot is reserved for your set up time. The last hour is reserved for clean-up time.

If available, an extra hour may be purchased for $160. If you purchase the extra hour, please be sure and inform the DJ and bartender if applicable.

If you wish to have your wedding on-site with your reception, there is an additional $200 fee for rental of the bridal cottage. This fee also includes setting up and taking down chairs in front of the gazebo or the indoor ballroom.
