The Surrey House Facility Rental includes: banquet halls, serving halls, back
deck, yard, gardens, gazebo, parking area, sound system, bridal cottage, house,
warming kitchen, deck, gazebo, yard, parking lot, tables, chairs, and tableclothes.
The Surrey House is a single event facility. Only your guests will be on the premises
during your event.
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit
allows us to hold the date and make all necessary preparations. Although this deposit
is non-refundable, it can be transferred.
Please note: The first hour of each time slot is reserved for your set up time. The
last hour is reserved for clean-up time.
If available, an extra hour may be purchased for $100. If you purchase the extra hour,
please be sure and inform the DJ and bartender if applicable.
If your wedding is onsite there is a $200 fee for setting up the chairs in front of the gazebo or the indoor ballroom. This onsite wedding fee also includes use of the bridal cottage for you and your attendants.
